DNS-320LW offline in Windows 7

I've a DNS-320LW, that works with Apple computers, but it doesn't work with windows (it's the computer I use everyday)

Windows says that the NAS server is off, but I can see that is online in mac computers.
Therefore, I can't upload films to the NAS server from the Windows PC.

I've tried to uninstall and install so many times, but the problem is still there.

Any suggests to solve this problem?
