Active TV-BBC News 24

I am trying to add content or use existing content on Active TV, which is neat but doesn't offer much IMHO. However, one service I am trying to get but can't seem to is the 30 minute + webcast of BBC News 24 which is offered in the Active TV set of services. I am running wired with a pretty fast Dual Core processor.

Is there a codec or a trick I am missing?
