This forum is supposed to facilitate communications with tech support? Yet, there is no answer to a fundamental question like this?

Has this device been abandoned by D-Link?

I see updates to the App but not the device.

Edit: the Home app in iOS says that my firmware is 1.3.38319. I didn't do anything to update it. Do these updates happen OTA automatically?

This camera model set up to get updates via it's mobile app. There is no user FW files to update these cameras.
If you have problems or questions about this camera, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

The firmware version you mentioned, 1.1.36153, might be the latest version available at the time of your inquiry, but to confirm whether it's the most recent one, it's recommended to check the official documentation, website childrens etiquette training (https://www.theamericanschoolofprotocol.com/), or support channels for the Omna app or the specific device you are using. They can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding firmware updates and versions.
