DIR-855 keeps rebooting when no internet

You could try downgrading firmware and see if it fixes it or try the 1.24.

1.24 firmware --> ftp://FTP2.DLINK.COM/PRODUCTS/DIR-855/REVA/DIR-855_FIRMWARE_1.24.ZIP

For older firmware go to tsd.dlink.com.tw

I see in our database there were reboot issues with Samsung phones (connecting via Wi-Fi). The 1.24 firmware did fix issues with Samsung 4 but looks like 5 and above still have issues. I didn't see anything regarding rebooting when the Internet is not active.

* What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
* What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
