I have router (dwr-118) with USB port and usb 4G modem which is connected to this router.

Please tell me if ISP will see ROUTER MAC address (or any other ROUTER numbers) or they will see only IMEI from usb 4g modem?

The ISP will see the most forward router connected to there services. They wont see any others behind the main host router.

so since I'm using 4g usb modem connected to dwr-118 router then ISP will see usb modem IMEI only, do I understand it correctly?  No dwr-118 numbers/mac addresses etc will be visible for ISP?

I presume so...you may ask your ISP as see. I know that in a modem and single router configuration here, ISPs can tell if a router is connected and can see the MAC of the WAN side on the router only. Nothing else.

but you talk about connection ROUTER -> ISP. I'm talking about connection: ROUTER with usb port -> 4G USB modem attached to ROUTER -> 4g usb modem will connect to ISP. But I'm not sure if isp see any ROUTER "metatags", numbers, macs in this situation. I asked ~10people and have 50% answers for both options... I'm confused.

Is that configuration working?

Or are you looking for information for security reasons?
The ISP should now this...or the Mfr of the 4G USB modem...

I would know it for security reasons. I want know which information are sent to ISP.

I will rewrite my situation. Maybe I described my case wrong.

I use dwr-118 + USB modem like this: https://www.4gltemall.com/huawei-e3372-4g-lte-cat4-usb-stick.html (this is example only)
I think that USB modem makes connection identified by IMEI (not mac address). USB 4g modem is connected to ROUTER usb port and shares internet connection (there is main question HOW) to dwr-118 router. ROUTER shares connection to all devices. I think that only devices know router mac address and other router's "numbers"/"metatags".

One person has answered for my question like this:
"The router's MAC addresses are associated with the Ethernet ports - since these are not used with the LTE modem your ISP won't see them."

And one more thing. If I connect 4g usb modem directly to PC/laptop usb and disable all lan/wifi cards in your PC/laptop then LTE connection will be successful. 4g usb modem doesn't use PC/laptop mac address or any other "metatags" which could identify PC/laptop. But I'm not sure how it works in situation like above.

I would contact the Mfr of the USB modem. I'm not sure if the modem would pass any additional information through or not. I presume I may not. I would contact the Mfr of the modem your using and then contact your regional D-Link support office and inquire about the DWR router as well.
