QoS Question
« on: January 05, 2021, 01:16:53 AM »

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help, i'm on a 2740B and my firmware :
5.4.12.1.44 (The Verizon menu system) anyway, I would like to bottleneck a bandwith hog on my network, when they pop on  everyone elses line gets seriously lagged out and instead of having a fight with them I rather just constrict their limits.

I took a look at the Qos menus, but it's like greek to me not exactly user friendly imo. Could someone kinda walk me through it? Thanks!

I would review the user manual to see if there is any information regarding QoS, if not, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that online chat or phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
