Title: DAP 1360 SLOW SPEED INTERNET ISSUE

hello everyone today i have been bought DAP 1360 TO GET wifi SIGNAL  (as repeater mode) FROM THE ROUTER IN THE STORY BELOW ME as the store in my city said to it will work for me , the internet speed of the original router when i was in below floor it's  60 Mbps but when i go to the roof the story above the router the internet speed max is 7 Mbps what's wrong how get good internet speed ,in addition i put the dap 1360 out the window to get signal cause if i put it  inside the room i get nothing help me

• What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at the sticker under the DAP.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DAPs web page under status.
• What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the DAP and the main host router?

Hardware Version:   F1
Firmware Version:   6.07
i live in Jordan (middle east)
What Mfr and model is the main host router?  ,,i did know exactly but it's  look new huawei  router
in DAP 1360 I use repeater mode
the distance between dap and the main router imagine there is two floors and each on has window with 15 m long  to front of road the router dap in above floor is on point 15 ( its antenna out the window ) and the original router in below floor on point 3 but it;s not nearby the window it's far way about 4-5 m,
approximately  the distance is not above 20 m  ( radius of circle ) between them

You might upgrade the FW on your DAP:

v6.12 is available.

hi when i upload the file to upgrade the page load then after that it says unable to complete the upgrade ,i try 3 browsers and through wire connection with different file upgrade from 2017 to 2019 and i chose the right version but it still says (unable to complete the upgrade )

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
