Connecting to a wired 802.1x network
« on: September 13, 2015, 05:44:03 AM »

My hostel is upgrading from open authentication to an 802.1x based network. It's using PEAP + MSCHAPv2.
Is it possible to configure my 850L to work with this?

I haven't seen this before and I don't know if the DIR series routers will support this. You might have to contact your ISP and ask them what are the requirements for this and what they recommend for router usage will be and if they have tested this on home class routers.
