What camera models do you have?
Are you getting the web site select after logging in that asked to for the 1st Generation old mydlink site for older DCS cameras and the 2nd Generation for DCS cameras that end in LH?

Ive just check the site on my Windows 10 PC with IE11x32 and got in. I had to reload the plug in. After that, all 3 of my cameras are appearing, connected and video is streaming using 1st gen portal.

I get the unsupported browser when I selected the 2nd gen portal. Need to use one of the following browsers for 2nd gen portal:

There will be a pop up window that you should see, one side of the popup has a 1st gen portal, the other side will be the 2nd gen portal. Select 1st gen portal for your model cameras. I have a 933L, 936: and 960L. Worked today on IE11x32...

Since I'm not getting any selection prompt for either 1st gen or 2nd gen when accessing the site, is there particular URL for this?  Still not able to display the list of cameras after logging in due to unsupported browser reported in IE11 x64 version.
 My cameras are DCS 942L, 8100LH, 7000L, 6010L, 5222LB1, 2136L & 1130L with DNS-320L and DIR-880L for NAS and router respectively.  Is this a Windows version problem?

Thanks for the prompt response.

However, I still don't get that prompt screen visiting www.mydlink.com.   I'm still getting unsupported browser error screen immediately after logging in.

It's a kind of weird since this happens only using my office workstation but accessing it in my home with the same OS version (Win10 20H2 x64), I was able to proceed immediately to the usual list of gadgets.   Using Win7 in office also, I have no problem accessing the page.

Is the selection screen dependent at my region here in SE Asia?   I could use my mobile app (myDlink Lite/+) but convenient to check via browser when I'm away with my phone in the secured/clean room.

I guess I would contact D-Link support about this. Let them know what your seeing. Possible something is happening in MS update that is breaking D-Link web page...

It appears that IE11 is now unsupported (again!)   It was working last Friday 7/15/22. At least it did the way I had it configured.

I do not want to downgrade FireFox, IE11 compatibility mode in Edge does not work.

I was able to log-in using my IP address in IE11, for now that appears to still be a viable option, if only because such a
strategy is not susceptible to redirects.... ::)

I got the same screen. downloaded firefox 51/52 esr, says not supported. My cameras are 933 and looks like won't be able to use them on the computer anymore.

I got the same screen. downloaded firefox 51/52 esr, says not supported. My cameras are 933 and looks like won't be able to use them on the computer anymore.

It can be done! Using IE11 on Windows 10 as we speak. It is a convoluted method, but it still works as of this morning.

Here is what I had to do.

1. Logged into my router to find my camera's IP address. You must be hard-wired with ethernet to do this.

2. Using the IP address I found I used IE11 and input that IP address as a URL:  (for example only: https://192.168.1.17 )

3. This will bring up the Camera's config log-in.  My cameras are DCS-2630L.

4. You will see a warning screen as follows, with only 2 options:

This site is not secure

This might mean that someone’s trying to fool you or steal any info you send to the server. You should close this site immediately.

Option 1: Close this tab

Option 2: More information

5. Choose option 2 and you will get another warning of sorts and only one option:

Your PC doesn’t trust this website’s security certificate.
The hostname in the website’s security certificate differs from the website you are trying to visit.
Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA
DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID

Go on to the webpage (not recommended)

6. Follow the link to the not recommended option.

7. This will bring up the camera's admin log-in page just as if you hit the old link to "advanced settings" in MYDlink.com. There is also a Live View.

8. I may have used some other security settings in IE11 to allow this. I will check back here periodically to see if other users can use this method. If you
cannot, I may delve deeper into my IE11 security settings to try to help you.

My Rig:
Custom desktop.
Ethernet connection to router.

Edition   Windows 10 Pro

Installed on   ‎12/‎19/‎2019

IE11 -- the only times I use IE11 is for the cameras!
