SIP phone not working

SIP not getting through firewall.  Have read that WBR-2310 may have SIP ALG "built-in" and some firmware versions allow to disable it.  I need to disable it. Have tried firmware 1.02, 1.04, and 1.05; no option disable it.  Have tried port forwarding, no help.  Can anyone help ?
