Mydlink Cloud Password reset

I lost my password for mydlink cloud so I click on the reset password link and followed the prompts.  It said it reset the password and sent me an email with the new password.  I have yet to receive an email with the new password and it has been over 24 hours.  I tried resetting the password again but I'm still not getting an email.  I've checked my spam folder for an email but didn't see anything.  What do I do now?
