F/W VER : 1.00.009
When I try to go to 10.90.90.90 with chrome, firefox, or internet explorer the page times out.
I've used the d-link smartconsole utility to connect to the 1100-16, but I'm unable to update the firmware. After locating the .bin file, the status processes for a moment then displays "failed-device not found." I have confirmed with this utility that the device's ip is indeed 10.90.90.90.
My end goal is to connect with the web interface so that I can trouble shoot some other issues, for which I'm assuming I should start another topic.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
