Title: mydlink website keeps turns off my Motion Detection under Event Trigger Settings
Post by: tcessna on June 25, 2015, 11:45:33 AM
Hi Forum,

I have noticed recently that my DCS-7010L has stopped recording motion trigger events. After testing everything that could go wrong from too many motion event videos sent to gmail to the settings on the camera, I noticed the problem on the mydlink website. Under the settings tab of my DCS-7010L camera, if I would click the Motion detection figure under the Event Trigger Settings, then click "next" past the define motion area, the next page has the "Record whenever motion is detected" button unclicked.  I know that I did not unclick this button either here or within the mydlink iphone app.

Is this a problem that others are having too?

Thanks

It was reported with a different user the D-Link said the mydlink.com site was having some issues recently. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
