DCS-933L - FTP on internal network
« on: March 29, 2016, 04:27:23 PM »

I getting the following error message when testing my FTP upload settings:

FTP Server Test   Can not create folder.

I'm running firmware 1.12.03, Hardware A, and trying to connect to an INTERNAL FTP site. The host name is the server address, username, password, path are all correct, it just won't create a folder. FTP is set up and active on the destination server.

Never set this up before. Have another D-Link camera set up as well, but its working with NAS setup to the same server, so I think I'll leave it alone for now.

Any thoughts?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Is uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding enabled on both cameras?
Check the configuration of the working camera against the one that is not.
Was a factory reset performed after updating FW then set up from scratch?
