Title: DIR-412 Reconnect Mode
Post by: hodgsonk on October 01, 2010, 01:52:10 PM
I am trying to set up a DIR-412 with a Huawei E182E 3G+ USB Internet Key on the TELUS network.  As our contract is based on usage (not unlimited data), I wanted to set the Reconnect Mode to Connect-On-Demand or Manual, but can't figure out how to get the 412 to reconnect, except to power it down and restart.

Am I missing something from the instructions, or what do I need to do to cause the reconnect?

I have the same problem with a ZTE MF626 modem. Any solutions for this?

I've never been able to resolve this problem, and have had no help in the matter from D-Link.

according to D Link, its your internet stick(USB) that is causing it to stop working.
