I’m really unhappy customer.
D-Link defend service is down for last few days. Can you please restore this service? This service is part of 2660 device!

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that online chat or phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I believe the service went down for maintenance. You may need to reboot the router, and log out/back in to the app. If not please contact tech support directly to report it. I will email them to see if it is up.

Response from engineers:
We have received reports that iOS users are experiencing issues while initially launching the D-Link defend app for the McAfee-powered routers using the D-Link Wi-Fi app v1.2.7. We have found the root cause and are now working on a fix to rectify the problem. A newer version of D-Link Wi-Fi app v1.2.8 will be available for download from the App Store on June 15th, 2020
