Title: New java error connecting to camera
Post by: timothymelb on March 04, 2014, 10:27:14 AM
Hi Everyone,

Since last night I am unable to connect to my 932L camera from mydlink.com; I am almost positive that the camera has the firmware update from December.

When the camera is selected (it has been working for years) I get a "The Java Runtime Environment cannot be initialized." error. I have tried on both Windows 7 PC and Macintosh computers in Firefox and Safari but both are reporting the same error.

Is this a known issue?
Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Thanks
Tim
