My current F/W level is 1.12. I see there is a 1.14.03 Beta available. Is this safe to install?
I ask because I've just noticed the dates on my device are wrong, and it clearly doesn't know about 2020. I'm wondering whether installing this version might fix that.

Unrelated. Read the release notes.

BETA also fixed the IR remaining on.

Thanks.
Obvious follow up - how do I fix the date issue?

Not sure what you have done to your time,
but I would log into the camera f/w,
go to setup, time and date,
set time zone, enable auto DST,
and check synchronize with NTP server.
then save.
I have one 2330L with the original shipping f/w, and the time has always been good there.

I'm not sure what I've done/not done, but the time seems OK now. I suspect I enabled the daylight saving option and forgot to save.
It also seems to know about 2020 now, so what happened there I don't know.

My dnr202l went off by hours the other day. I didn't notice any other cameras off that pull time.

Does a factory reset on the DNR and setup from scratch change any thing?

The reboot fixed the dnr202l and it has been fine since.

Good solution. Glad that worked. ;)
Wonder what makes the time get off sync though. :-[
