Title: my DCS-5030L cannot move to the far right side

Hello
my DCS-5030L cannot move to the right anymore, it stop a little bit after the center and cannot go further to the right
Is there something to do?

Try a factory reset on the camera then setup from scratch.
If this fails, could be a mechanical failure. how often do you move the camera from left to right?
