Hi Dlink Team,
Need your support to look into the LED blink issue in 8252.
Camera LED setting already disabled but Yellow & Green LED still blink when I connect to camera using mobile dlink app.

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Review the user manual for LED behaviors...

A tech will verify the LED on/off works in the app.
What version app do you have and what version OS (iOS or Android) are you using?

I tested a camera here and I see what you are talking about. The LEDs are off but when you tap the live view, both LEDs blink. Very strange.
We will send this to the engineers to fix.

There is a new firmware getting pushed out this week (v1.02.02) but I do not see this exact issue in the release notes. The engineers received the ticket and are working on it.

The led blink issue still exit.

OK the ticket is still open with our headquarters but they cannot replicate the issue. We have verified this issue with our cameras here and have recorded it for them. We will keep the ticket open and hopefully the vendor can fix it.

Vendor is working on a firmware fix for this issue. Hopefully will find out when it will get rolled out next week.
