Enable NLB on DLink Switches
« on: March 12, 2010, 12:04:27 PM »

I'm trying to enable Microsoft Network Load Balancing (NLB) on a couple Windows Server 2008 R2 machines connected to a DLink DGS-3324SRi switch.  When I enable NLB I can no longer communicate with either of the machines, not even ping.  I can find NO references to NLB within the switch manuals or on DLink's website.... so my questions are:

1) Which (if any) DLink managed switches support NLB (including is my model supported or not)?

2) If NLB is supported: Where is the documentation to explain how to configure the switches to work with NLB?  If there is no documentation, what settings need to be configured?
