- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Has the camera been powered OFF then back On or rebooted?
How are you trying to view the playback, thru the camera UI or mydlink.com app? Which app?
Can you access the camera with any of the mydlink.com apps when local and remote?
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
