Title: DSC 5020L Not Responding to Reset

Hi,

All of the sudden, my DSC 5020L stopped responding with solid red !
tried to reset it but no luck.
Any help?

When resetting does it ever go through the normal reboot cycle or is it just solid red?

If solid red the whole time the camera is dead unfortunately.
