Hello,
Sorry for my bad English but I am French speaking.
Since few days I cannot see the pictures of my camera via Internet.
When I choise local and I am home no problem but when I chose "remote" (télécommande) the camera appear with a red cross and I cannot seen the pictures.
Any idea to resolve this?

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
Are you trying to remote view with the mydlink services?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=62395.0)

Thank you to answer me.
Firmware is up to date with the last version available for Dcs-930l version v1.14 B02.
I try to view with the Android DLink application. Before it work without problem.
The router is a Netgear CG3700B modified version for VOO (belgian provider)
With your link about uPnP and UnPnP Forwarding I see that the problem can come with the adding of a new IP cameras coming from the supermarket Aldi ( brand : Maginon - model : IPC - 100AC ). This camera work fine and can be viewed without any problem.
Have you a simple solution for me ?
Thank you.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
