Title: DCS-2310L disable authentication for jpeg still image

Is there any way to disable authentication with the DCS-2310L when accessing the jpeg still image - similar to what you can do with the DCS-932L?

I am trying to access the still image with my C-Bus Wiser system, but it won't accept authentication.
