Title: Any idea of exchanging the camera

The only suggestion i got from support to fix the static clicking is to exchange it for a new one...
Is there any chance of getting one that has no static or are they all the same?

The clicking in the DCS-932L is inherent in the design of the camera. As such, any replacement you receive will also have the same symptom.
