probleme wan and port forward

Hello

I have a dfl 860, access to the internet via wan 1 is operational by wan2 against it does not pass.
I did a system updated but still the same problem.
Another problem. no port forwarding or by wan1 or wan2.
Thank you for your help, it is very urgent.
