Norton Security suite won't allow me to install java runtime enviroment, says it's a security risk  and I keep getting "Java Runtime Environment cannot be initialized" message. How do I fix this issue so I can use my DCS-930L camea

You will need to add an exception to Norton so the application does not block Java from installing/executing.
