Hello there, I've been trying to set up this camera to work but it is been kinda painfull.

I did install it as usual, updated its firmware, it works perfecly on the intranet. I did set its ip to be fixed at 192.168.1.9 and I can always connect it without any issue.

But, when trying to conect to it remotely, it only works here and there... I did set up a dlinkddns to it at first, I tought it was the problem so i purchased a dyndns service to see if it was the dns the problem, but same thing, sometimes I can get to connect to the camera, most of the time I cant. It simple times out.

I did route the ports 80 and 554, I even added more ports 5001 to 5004 as other models of cameras use these, but no go. Can't get the camera to work propely over the internet.

What am I doing wrong? My modem / router is a thompson TG580.
