DIR-866L daemon.err dnsmasq[1624]: failed to read /etc/resolv.conf: Too many open files

My log has been filling up with this error ever since a power outage - about 1 every 2 seconds.  I can't find any specific configuration changes related to this recently.  I do not see any connectivity or performance issues yet.

I've searched online and can't find any reference to this specific dnsmsaq error except that in embedded systems the page size is usually limited and that for other systems there are configuration commands to change the limits.

I'm running the stock Version: A1   Firmware Version: 1.00

Just a curiosity at this point.  I really didn't want to setup a syslog with filtering but thought I'd reach out to the community for thoughts.

Region:  North America.

Anyway, I am not in a position to do a factory reset so i setup a syslog and filtered it out so I could concentrate on more relevant events.  Still no insight based on searches online, either.

ISP:  Charter

Look at your FW version, it's behind. You might try a FW update: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=61193.0
