Title: DCS-932L - BTinfinity2 - Mac. Green but not on network

Hi,

Can somebody suggest the next steps here to get our camera working please?

Wired up to the BTInfinity router, Green light is on but then running the Install software and the scan, the camera does not appear. Tried wirelessly also, but no further. The camera is listed on the Router admin device page, but that's as far as it goes.
I dont see any option on the installer software for manual settings at this stage

Have you tried logging into the camera directly via IP address?
- Find the IP address listed for the camera in the Router Admin, then put that IP into the address bar of your Internet browser.

My first suspicion is that your computer (where you're running the software) is on a different subnet than your camera.  (That is to say, if your computer's IP is 192.168.1.20, then your camera needs to be on the 192.168.1.x subnet as well.)
