931L not showing up on my phone app

I already have a 935L and it has been working fine on MyDlink and my Android phone MyDlink Home Version 3.0.2.
Now I added a 2nd camera, a 931L.  Updated FW on it to 1.12.  Shows up on my desktop MyDlink (both cameras are there) but does not show up on the phone app.  When I go to setup on the mobile app and choose Add a new device, since there is no QR code on the camera or any QR code card that came with it, I then choose manual setup, then Network Camera but then it only list 3 different models and the 931L is not on the list.
So how can I add it to the mobile app?  Thought it would automatically show up there since it shows up on the desktop MyDlink.

ink>Welcome!

* What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
* Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
* What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
I recommend setting a static IP address ON the cameras outside of the main host routers default DHCP IP address pool: 192.168.#.91 and .92  DHCP

Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com

Firmware Version 1.12.03 (2015-09-09)
Hardware version A1
Located in New Jersey
Router is Edimax BR-6478AC
Wireless modes(?)- guess you mean b/g/n.  my router works on 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz.  Regardless if one cam is on the 2.4 and the other on the 5, both go to same router
Distance- tried right next to it and also in next room
IP addresses and port forwarding my knowledge is very limited.  That's why I got Dlink.  The 935 L was so easy so got a second, albeit cheaper, dlink Cloud camera, the 931L, expecting the same easy setup.
Like I said, all is fine on the desktop MyDlink, just the phone MyDlink doesn't show the 931L  Phone is connected to my Home wireless.

FurryNutz:
Can you log into the cameras web page and look for uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding? Find the IP addresses on each camera and log into the web pages using a web browser on a PC.

Might try turning off the other camera temporarily and see if the 931L appears.

Weellll.... made a pdf file of some screenshots from the Desktop app but doesn't seem any way to atch to this reply although it says Attachments at the bottom but no help.  Here is link that might work:  https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=36F7715F5F81C53!999&authkey=!AAJs4LR4fksFEPI&ithint=file%2cpdf

Tomorrow I will turn off the 935 and see if the 931 shows up on the phone.  Apparently the 931 is limited to 2.4Ghz while the 935 can do either 2.4 or 5.

Will keep you posted- and appreciate all the help!
