Snapshot versus video clip

In thes et-up I have set-up both video and snapshot upon motion; For both I also set-up to send an email (nit working; see previous post).

When motion is detected a video clip is recorded.

Do one need to de-select video clip in order to get snapshot?

Can you get both? How?

Any "easy" way to toggle between snapshot and video?
