Here are the juicy details.

Does this beta cover the problem with dropping port forwarding rules?

I am not personally acquainted with any problems with dropping port forwarding rules with the current firmware.

You have here what I have on the firmware, give it a run through and report back to us if it fixes your issue (and for the sake of my own understanding, what is the dropping port forwarding rules issue).

I will give it a try.
You can set up rules today, and within 24hours it may lose all or some of the rules. You can go in and replace the rules. When you click on save settings, the changes you have made are gone. Have restore factory defaults and start all over. This has happend to me 3 times in the last 2weeks. I purchased two of the routers for 2 remote locations because they have the ability for more than 10 rules.
The second router has been flawless right out of the box.
Also, when using pppoe through a bridged modem (dsl) the internet connection will be lost. Log into the gui and it shows still up. Power cycle and it reconnects. Has happened at least 10 times in the last 2weeks.
Thanks for your help.

I will start by saying thank you, I have never seen a report of a PPTP WAN in the wild, they just don't happen here in the states, it is cool to see they are implemented at least mostly how I predicted they would be.

That said your public IP listed by the port checking site is publicly routable, the WAN IP recognised by your DIR is not.  they are performing NAT upstream from you somewhere.

My ISP recommends these settings, on the official site.
http://www.2kom.ru/home/information/instr/70.html
In reference to the Russian right there but the picture I think you understand.

When connecting from the computer all the ports are open, but on the router does not.

Russian dlink recommends me to use the version of firmware 1.21b18 but it can not I connect to the network, constant disconnect.

With your version of firmware that does not happen, but the ports are not open (((

And logs

I can tell you your logged drops are multicast packets, so not the issue.

I don't know what to say beyond that, unfortunately with an upstream NAT everything becomes more convoluted.
