Hi all, and Mr Fatman.
I've read most of the post but haven't seen this simple one.
I have 2 1224T need to make a VLAN connecting a device (router) on port 5 of SW A to device (firewall) on SW B. could be on the same port number.
Or where could I find and Idiots guide to VLANs on 1224 ;)
btw thanx in advance

On the sw A port 5 you should use untagged vlan with necessary VLAN ID, on uplink ports SW B & SW B you should use tagged vlan with the same VLAN ID. On SW B port where you connect your firewall you should use untagged vlan with the same VLAN ID
