Title: DHCP system is flawed and cannot change network settings
Post by: MWillberg on February 26, 2014, 12:30:54 AM
6010L does not release and renew the DHCP lease when the device is rebooted.

---

With firmware 1.01.18 Network setup page does not save settings, only "502 error: Submit data failed" mesasge is showed.

UPDATE:

Downgrading firmware did not succeed with Firefox, but with Internet Explorer it worked. When dowgraded to 1.01.17 the network settings can now be saved.

The web UI for a number of D-Link products (not just the Cloud cameras) has issues with IE11 and sometimes Firefox (depending on Java configuration). Using an older version of IE or Firefox usually works.

Can other DCS-6010L owners validate this issue?  ???  :-\  ???

True, I'm using IE 10 as with IE 11 was unusable with the d-link gui.

my 6010L seems to renew DHCP lease.  Could this be router issue?
