Lost "Live View" After Installing Java Version 7 Update 51
« on: February 05, 2014, 06:27:33 AM »

Hi,

I cannot get my Dlink work after recent Java update. None of the tabs work... The solution posted did not work:

"Updating to the most recent version of Java may cause the Live View for some D-Link network camera models to not work properly when viewed from a web browser. This latest update may impact other browser-based network camera functions as well. The following procedure can be used to adjust the Java security exceptions in Windows after updating to the latest Java version to restore access.

Procedure

Open the Start Menu on the bottom left of the Windows Task Bar
Expand All Programs and navigate to the Java folder
Open Configure Java inside the Java folder
The Java Control Panel will open in a new window
Select the Security tab
Press the Edit Site List button
Press the Add button and enter the D-Link Cloud camera URL or IP address
include http:// or https:// (for secure addressing) before the URL or IP address
Press OK (Edit Site List window will close)
Press OK (Java Control Panel window will close)

Note: Selecting Java from the Windows Control Panel may not provide access to the Edit Site List option on all PCs. The above navigation path must be used to access these settings
"

Mobile app still working!

Cheers

Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.
Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection

mydlink.com Supported Browsers
Internet Explorer 7 or higher (32-bit) - Add mydlink.com to the "Compatibility View" exceptions list.
Firefox 12 or higher
Chrome 20 or higher
Safari 6 or higher (Mac OS only)

Thanks for the link, but I already had made these changes, so I suppose that there's another problem.
After the login I get stuck at this screen :

At the first day it works fine, than it stopped.  I have done a reset, re-install everything, but I'm not able to get it working again ....

Do you have more than one Cloud device installed? Did you try accessing mydlink with another browser on the same PC?
