Title: Find web interface for router

I can't find the web interface for my WBR-1310.  If I go to:

http://192.168.0.1/

I get my Actiontec Router from Qwest.  I tried all the addresses I see when I type arp -a from a command window. 

Any suggestions?

the beastie comes out of the box with that IP address you can't have 2 devices with the same IP on your network. 
What you will have to do is set up your d-link off your network first and then swap it in and do the final setup then usually with the WAN side disconnected until you are ready.
