Timeout error using MyDLink Lite app

I am trying to connect my DCS-932L with the android version of MyDlink Lite app, using a Galaxy S2 under Vodafone network. The webcam is connected to  world throught a Fastweb home network.

No way to connect under 3G network (connection example :  5231 kbps download, ping141 ms)

I succeed to connect  under WI-FI connection only (connection:  5894 kbps, ping 11 ms, measure source: Speedtest.Net).

What’ s strange is that I received Timeout error (Video Fluido, 027F052200) even under WI-FI connection (connection conditions:  6147 kbps , ping 13 ms).

According to Dlink specifications MyDlink Lite app should connect  with 256K of bandwidth at least.

Can anyone help me to understand the issue with MyDlink Lite and my smartphone network and what I have to do to succeed ?
